• The Versa Flex is is a unique exercise system designed to provide you with the benefits of vibration training combined with conventional resistance band exercises.
• The rapid vibrations caused by flex movements of the stick cause the bodies musculature to quickly contract to stabilise.
• These movements when targeted in the stomach and shoulder girdle areas can elicite rapid increases in muscular tone.

• Massage disc is appropriate for use in therapy as well as for physical training and improving the quality of "activities of daily living".
  They can be used at home or in the work place to improve sitting posture, simply place on your current chair.
  Can be used as a device to reduce the likely hood of trips and falls by improving ankle stability when used to stand on.
  It can be used as an effect addition for your chair at work, as you place it on the top of your chair it helps to stimulate the tonic or postural muscles in the trunk while you sit.
