Returns/Exchanges

By law, customers in the UK have the statutory right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel their order (prior to shipment) for any item purchased on the Wolverson-Fitness websites or over the telephone, for a full refund. In addition, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an order within a seven working days 'cooling off period' after the delivery of the item.

Items must be returned to Wolverson Medicial Systems at the customers expense in their original packaging and in perfect 'saleable' order - Wolverson Medical Systems reserves the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of returned goods if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. A full refund minus any delivery costs incurred by Wolverson Fitness will be given.

In order to arrange a refund or exchange, you must first contact Wolverson Medical Systems to discuss the return. We will review and where appropriate, authorize your query and provide instructions on how to proceed with the product return. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from Wolverson Medical Systems.

Any promotional items received when purchasing the goods that are to be returned, must also be returned or paid for in full. We recommend using a registered service when returning any items to us. Please note, any customer, who refuses to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit, will be subject to a 15% re--stocking fee. In addition, the customer will be liable for any delivery costs incurred by Wolverson Medical Systems.

Changed your Mind?

Goods returned to us because of a change in circumstance must be unused and in perfect, re--saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. delivery charge. If the item returned qualified for Free delivery or Free Next Day delivery, you will be charged for the respective cost. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase, as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded Delivery.

Warranties

All products sold on our website or on site are covered by a full manufacturers' warranty. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer as well as by product. Customers should refer to the product details or speak to a member of the sales team for details of individual product warranties.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund prior at any time before the order has been shipped.
